All items are produced in South Africa. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation of fulfilment email with tracking information. Shipping cost is a flat rate of R150 for delivery within South Africa. Standard delivery times are within 5-10 business days after receipt of payment (for pre-orders delivery will commence after the order is ready).
Returns and refunds are accepted, only 7 days of receipt. Unwanted product(s) can be returned to us (within 7 days of delivery) at no charge, provided that the item is undamaged and unused (with original labels and stickers still attached).
