 All items are pre-ordered (made to order) and produced in South Africa. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation of fulfilment email with tracking information. Shipping cost is a flat rate of R150 for delivery within South Africa. Standard delivery times are within 5-10 business days after receipt of payment (for pre-orders delivery will commence after the order is ready).  Returns and refunds are accepted, only 7 days of receipt. Unwanted product(s) can be returned to us (within 7 days of delivery) at no charge, provided that the item is undamaged and unused (with original labels and stickers still attached). To return items please reach out to us and we will do our best to resolve the issue for you.
